Refund Policy:
We at Evaltech,Inc. want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase of any of the Software products or Evaluation Reports. Our applications have been thoroughly tested prior to their release as evaluation copies. We stride to assure the purchaser that they are getting an application that is as bug free as humanly possible. Although we would like to have a full refund policy on all of our software, the possibility of piracy is extremely high when purchasing software on-line. Because of this growing problem throughout the industry, Evaltech can not refund the purchase of software sent to you via email. If you feel that you may need to return any of the products, please download and use the order form to purchase the product via check, money order or Purchase Order. We will refund purchases only if the original shipping container has not been opened or tampered with.
Since most of our software registration is conducted via email, Evaltech has adapted this policy because we can not be guaranteed that the software in question is not or will not be used after the purchase price is refunded to you.
